This Refund Policy governs the terms under which MyRoasUp ("we," "us," or "our") may provide refunds for its digital marketing consulting services. Our services are based on intellectual effort, strategic planning, and time commitment.

 

1. General Policy

 

  • Services Rendered: As our services involve the allocation of resources, time, and the application of specialized knowledge, fees for services that have already been rendered or work that has already commenced are generally non-refundable.

  • Project-Specific Terms: The specific terms regarding payments, cancellations, and potential refunds for each project will be clearly outlined in your individual Service Agreement, Proposal, or Statement of Work ("SOW"). These project-specific terms will take precedence over this general Refund Policy in case of any conflict regarding a specific service.

 

2. Scenarios for Potential Refunds

 

While our general policy is as stated above, refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Prior to Service Commencement: If you cancel a service before any work has begun or significant resources have been allocated to your project (as determined by MyRoasUp), a refund of the initial payment may be considered, less any administrative or setup fees incurred.

  • Non-Delivery of Agreed Service: In the unlikely event that MyRoasUp explicitly fails to deliver a core component of the service as clearly outlined and agreed upon in your SOW, and this failure is directly attributable to MyRoasUp, a partial or full refund for the undelivered portion may be discussed. This does not apply to dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes that are beyond MyRoasUp's direct control (e.g., specific sales targets which depend on numerous external factors).

  • Mutual Agreement: Refunds may be issued if both MyRoasUp and the client mutually agree to a cancellation and refund arrangement.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items/Services

 

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in your specific Service Agreement or SOW, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed Work: Fees for any work or service components that have been completed, delivered, or partially completed.

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations, strategic sessions, or discovery phases.

  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by MyRoasUp on your behalf for third-party services (e.g., ad spend, software licenses, stock photos, domain registrations, external tools) are non-refundable once purchased or committed.

  • Time Expended: Fees for the time and effort invested in project management, communication, strategy development, research, and analysis, regardless of project outcome.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

  • Required Information: Please include your name, company name, service agreement reference number, the date of purchase, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.

 

5. Refund Review Process

 

  • All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by MyRoasUp's management.

  • We may require additional information or clarification to evaluate your request fully.

  • Our decision regarding a refund is final.

 

6. Refund Processing
